Brad first started playing music in a school rock band called Rubber Duck in the early 1960s. 

When he moved to Milton Keynes in 1973 he formed the band Hemlock playing folk clubs and festivals in the UK and touring France, the band subsequently became Cock and Bull and are now one of the most popular bands on the Barn Dance circuit. 

After leaving Cock and Bull, he joined  Stony Stratford Morris as a dancer and musician, playing dubious melodeon. It was at this time, with Stony Morris that  he first performed in the theatre in Days Of Pride, a local documentary musical play. Since then, he has performed in 7 of Stantonbury Theatre’s documentary dramas, plus many other plays.

In 1996, Brad won a Sony International Radio Award for his one-man show, "I'll Tell You What Happened", and has also toured the show, "A Glance From A Train", with Eric Thompson,

Brad has acted in nearly 30 plays and directed 3; he has made several radio broadcasts, written 5 music scores, provided voice-overs for videos and performed at folk festivals and in many bands, including Sunday Suits & Muddy Boots, Spud and the Fabs, Blazing Apostles the Living Archive Band and currently - Kobold

Brad’s many recordings include:- I'll Tell You What Happened, The Mysteries, Country Dancing, Real  Lives and A Cock & Bull Story and Another Day, Another Sausage  and with Kobold "For Your Ears Only"

Brad works full time at The Redway School in Milton Keynes.
